The Time Clock reports allow you to track time spent by the agent in the Contact Center system.
Access by clicking on Reports, then Time Clock
From there, choose the report that best suits your needs...
Agent Time clock Report is used for a summary type report.
Agent Time clock Detail Report provides additional data beyond the summary.
Agent Group Time clock Status Report allows you to select a group and display the corresponding data.
Please note, Ytel does not recommend the time clock be used for official payroll purposes.
