You've asked and we've listened! We're happy to announce our new and improved Billing Notification Alert System. Billing notifications are very important to keeping your services running interrupted and your system funded. You are now able to set and receive notifications when certain thresholds are reached.
Sign in to your Ytel account. Click on the "API" icon, then click on Billing > Notifications.
Review the page and set the appropriate thresholds and emails for your specific needs and click "Save".
Below is a sample notification email:
Important things to keep in mind:
- Keep a card on file to quickly add funds to the account and avoid interruptions in service.
- Set your threshold to an appropriate amount equal or greater to your average monthly spend.
