Before your agents can sign into a campaign, they will need to be part of an Agent Group. Within the Agent Groups, you will assign which campaigns they have access to, amongst other settings.

From the Contact Center admin page, and click on Agent, and then Agent group. You will see a list of agent groups (if they exist). 

To create an agent group, Click the “Add new Agent group button” 

You will then go to this menu below, enter the group name and a description, then click Save

You then need to modify settings for that group. Click the modify button for the group you want to modify.

Allowed Campaigns- Campaigns that this agent group is allowed to sign into/dial out of.

Agent status Viewable Groups- Allows agents to see who is logged in, this setting you can use to limit visibility to the group.
