If you need to move leads that have missing information or were incorrectly loaded into the system, here's a step-by-step overview:

Before getting started, create a placeholder list where the leads will be moved. Please follow the directions below on creating a placeholder list. 

First Step: Navigate to Your Dashboard

  1. Navigate to your dashboard. 

  2. Click Data Management > Data Lists. 

  3. Click Add New List.

Second Step: Add and Name the List

  1. Give the list a number. (minimum 4 digits)

  2. Name the list. 

  3. Give the list a small definition. 

  4. Save the list .

Leave the list inactive, using any campaign.

Third Step

  1. Click Data Management 

  2. Click Lead Management 

  3. Click Advanced

Fourth Step

  1. Select the list where the leads were incorrectly loaded (make sure it is inactive)

  2. Select the list you created (inactivate it as well). 

  3. For the status field, select "ALL" 

  4. For Entry Date, select "=" and enter the date the leads were incorrectly loaded.

  5. For Call count Operator, select "<=" less than or equal to

  6. For Call count Value, select "0"

  7. Click the submit button. 

  8. A confirmation prompt will pop up

  9. Click Ok to confirm

The Final Step

  1. Go to Data Management

  2. Select Data Lists

  3. Search for the list number created for the deletion list. 

  4. Click the X button and confirm the deletion. 

Your leads will not be removed. You are free to upload them again anytime. 

Things to keep in mind:

When loading leads into the new list, if it is the same day you deleted them there's no need to check for duplicates. Our server caches them until each nightly reset. 

Advanced Lead Management only works on Inactive lists with less than 100,000 leads. Please mark your list(s) as "Inactive" before using these tools.
