Here we will be going over how to reset passwords for the different applications we have.

First, go to app.ytel.com

From the app.ytel.com URL, click on the "Forgot Password" link

Now enter the email associated with the account username and click the "Submit" button

You did it! Now check your email inbox to reset your Ytel account password!



Next lets go over resting your Contact Center password. 

Go to this link and then follow the directions. https://x5admin.ytel.com/Account/login

Once you are on the link above click Forgot Password.

Next you will be taken to a screen where you need to enter your email you use to log into the system then hit request password reset email.
(Keep in mind this must be a valid email.)

Finally you will get an reset link to the email you provided. Click that link and you will then be prompted to change your password.
(Make sure to check your spam folder for this email as well.)


The last password reset we will be going over is app.ytel.com.

To reset your password go to this link https://app.ytel.com/ and then click forgot password. 

On this screen enter your email and then hit submit and this will send a password reset link to your email.
(Make sure to check your spam folder for this email as well.)

That is how to reset all of Ytels product passwords. There are a few things to keep in mind below.

  • When resting the password make sure you are entering the correct email tied to the admin user. 
  • Check your spam filter and make sure the emails are not being blocked by the filter.
  • Make sure that the companies email you are using is not blocking the email from coming into your inbox.
