When in Ytel Contact Center Admin

  1. Please click on Admin Utilities > Voicemail > Add New Voicemail Box

2. Fill out the information in the screenshot.
    2:1. Voicemail ID: Put the Agent ID if creating for an agent or any ID if creating a General mailbox
    2:2. Password: Enter a password between 2-10 characters
    2:3. Name: Enter the Agent or Voicemail Box name
    2:4. Enter: This is the email the voicemail audio will be emailed to
    2:5. Admin user group: Select "All Groups"
    2:6. Select/Manager Audio: Find/Select the Voicemail greeting
    2:7. Voicemail Zone: Select the Time Zone

3. The Voicemail has been created!
