When in Contact Center, please navigate to Agents > Agent Group

Once in the Agent Groups section, please click on "Add Agent Group"

Fill out the "Group," "Description" and click on "Save"

Once saved, under "Actions" click on the paper-pencil icon to get into the settings

Input the necessary information below in the screenshot

Allowed Campaigns- Campaigns that this agent group is allowed to sign into/dial out of.

Agent status Viewable Groups- Allows agents to see who is logged in, this setting you can use to limit visibility to the group.
