Ytel has added the ability to extend your audio recording storage from one (1) year to five (5) years. That feature can be enabled inside of your Contact Center account.
As a Super Admin, log-in and navigate down to Add Features.
Click on "Add Feature" and then click on Recording Retention.
Once you click on recording retention check the box to approve the monthly fee then click 'Enable feature'.
Please note, if you log or store call recording URLs on your own system, enabling this feature will alter the URL structure and you will need to account for this change accordingly.
