As an administrator, you are able to assign direct lines to your users. For example, The HR Manager wants their own direct line and wants those calls to come directly to them, bypassing the main switchboard.
Login to admin.ytel.io
Select "Call Management > Incalls"
Select an available Extension (Number)
Choose "User" from the Destination drop down
Select the applicable user
Adjust the Ring Time and Call distribution Music (if applicable)
Adjust the Greeting Sound (if applicable)
Place a test call!
