What happens to my account if my available balance reaches zero dollars?
If your available balance reaches $0.00 your account experiences a temporary interruption of services. For example, you will be unable to place or receive phone calls or send SMS messages.
Am I still charged/billed?
Yes. Ytel will continue to charge for phone numbers you have assigned to your account, along with any other fees you have previously agreed to, up to 30-days from the original date the account reached $0.00.
If the account remains unfunded for a period of 30-days, the account is deactivated and any assigned numbers are reclaimed. Once a number has been reclaimed, there is no guarantee it can be restored to your account. Any numbers not reclaimed will continue to be billed monthly.
How do I make a payment?
Ytel accepts Credit Cards, ACH, and wire transfers.
You may manually add funds to your account by logging into app.ytel.com and clicking on Settings> Billing> Add Funds. Select the option for One Time Payment and follow the prompts on the screen. Ytel recommends enabling the auto-recharge feature as a precaution against the account becoming unfunded. For more information on Funding Best Practices, please click here.
- Credit Card payments will be assessed a 3.75% service fee
