This Article will provide you information on what it is like to receive an Outbound Call
Step 1: Click on the "Active" button on the left side of the Interface.
When you receive a call the customers information will pop up on your "Customer Info" Box.
Step 2: When you are done with the call Click the "Hangup" button in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select your "Disposition" then click "Submit"
The system will then move you back to "Active" so you can continue to receive more outbound calls.
