How to Change phones from DNC to another Status

STEP 1:

Log into Customer's Database (et.ytel.com or go.ytel.com)

STEP 2:

Select DNC Status by running the following query:

SELECT DISTINCT phone
FROM
`fdialer_production`.`users`
INNER JOIN `fdialer_production`.`contacts`
ON (`users`.`id` = `contacts`.`user_id`) WHERE user_group_id = REPLACE WITH CUSTOMERS USER_GROUP_ID AND STATUS = 6

STEP 3:

Export Data using your SQL program.  This will export all the numbers that are currently set to DNC that we will be updating shortly.  This list should be provided to the customer and is also good to keep on hand in case for some reason they need to be put back on the DNC list.

STEP 4:

Select DNC Status by running the following query:

select * from contacts where user_id = 'REPLACE WITH CUSTOMERS USER_ID' and status = '6'

STEP 5:

Update DNC Status by running the following query:

update contacts set status = '10' where user_id = 'REPLACE WITH CUSTOMERS USER_ID' and status = '6'

DONE
