Ever need to add a new user to your account? Want to limit that user’s access to only certain functionality? Or do you need to create a sub-account to help segment usage?
To access the account and user management section, login to your app.ytel account. Select "Settings" and then "Accounts" (Please note, only the primary account admin will see this). In the Accounts section you will have the ability to:
-
View all your accounts and their account id
-
Create a new subaccount
-
Log into a subaccount
-
Delete or inactivate an account
To view, edit, or delete your account and/or create a new subaccount, navigate to "Settings" and select "Accounts". You will be able to view your primary account and any subaccounts you may have ("create subaccounts" button located in top right corner). Here, you can also switch the status of your accounts activation to off/on, manage users for each account, login to a desired account, copy an ID, and delete an account.
The Accounts tab will allow you to see your primary and subaccounts (Sub accounts are useful for separating usage and users into a subset for individualized reporting).

To create a subaccount click the "Create subaccount" button.
To manage users associated to the primary or subaccounts click the "Manage Users" link under 'Action'.
The Users tab will allow you to see users associated to your primary and subaccounts along with their date of creation, status and other available information.
