Effective October 1, 2023 AT&T has announced an increase to their Carrier Surcharge Pass-Thru Fees.
- SMS for Short Code, Toll-Free, and 10DLC will all be charged at $0.0030 per message segment.
- MMS for Short Code, Toll-Free, and 10DLC will all be charged at $0.0050 per message segment.
