On Campaigns in Contact Center you now have the ability to select an archive status. When set to Yes, you will not see campaigns or lists on their respective pages unless show all is selected.
On Contact Center we add a feature for restrict admins: Admins can be restricted to selecting one system if there are multiple systems connected.
The dashboard now features a human answer rate calculation.
We added the ability to search the Inbound Queue - Agent Section by User Name or User Group
Rolled out an update to reporting to only allow users to cancel the jobs and not fully delete them. This allows for better visibility in addition to audit tracking on stopped reporting jobs.
The Contact Center audit log now includes changes for inbound group modification events.

**April 5th:**
- We released an update for our Contact Center users. Customers who enable the feature for use of the Federal DNC on their system can now utilize that data on uploads. Customers can scrub their contacts on upload against that Federal DNC database and those contacts will be removed from the upload file. - Along with quick-stats about a count of how many contact were on the Federal and Internal customers DNC, the customer will also be able to download a data list of those results.

**Email as a Workflow Node**
We added the ability to include an email template trigger into a workflow.
