A prerequisite to your business sending SMS messages to a consumer handset is to first have the Brand and message Campaign(s) A2P 10DLC registered. Click here if you haven't yet completed that step.
After the registration process is completed, and you're approved, you will receive an email from Ytel's Customer Support with your Brand and Campaign ID information.

Follow these 3 simple steps and be up and running with your Campaigns in no time!

Purchase "Voice Only" number(s) via the Ytel portal (or via API command)

Assign the numbers to your A2P 10DLC Numberset

Email Ytel Customer Support Support@ytel.com with the list of numbers you wish to be SMS enabled.

Include your BrandID and CampaignID

You can select 'Export' from the Numbers page and attach the .CSV file to your email

Check your email for our automated response and Support Case number

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and provisioning

Once the provisioning is completed you will be updated via the support case
