Released a light-dark and dark mode for the agent interface for options on how to view the agent screen. Dark mode will remain the same in upcoming cycles, but the light-dark mode will continue to evolve to meet an in between need for agents.

Released Version 9 of the webphone live in to Ytels production system. While on an active call you now have the ability to initiate audio to be played. Once selected the call will hang up for the webphone user and end the call once the audio has finished playing.
