Usage Report
Q: Where do I see all the charges that have been applied to my account?
A: The Usage Report
The Usage Report shows you all of the charges assessed to your account, including agent seat license, voice minute usage, SMS counts, purchased numbers, etc.
To access the Usage Report, you must have the appropriate user permissions (Billing) or be the Account Owner.
- Login to your Ytel Account Management portal at app.ytel.com
- Click on Reports > Usage
- Specify the date range and click on Generate Report
By default, the report displays in "Summary" view, providing you with an easy-to-read summary of the charges for the specified time period.
Clicking into the individual sections will display the itemized lines for that section.
Alternately, clicking the dropdown and selecting "All" will display all the information in an itemized fashion.
If you need to save or print a copy, first generate the report, then select the appropriate 'Export' option:
