Payment History
Q: Where do I find the history of payments made to the account?
A: Payment History
The Payment History report shows you all of the payments made to the account through all funding sources (Credit Card, ACH, or Wire Transfer).
To access the Payment History, you must have the appropriate user permissions (Billing) or be the Account Owner.
- Login to your Ytel Account Management portal at app.ytel.com
- Click on Settings > Billing > Payment History
- Specify the date range and click on Search
If you need to save or print a copy, first generate the report, then click on Export
Description
Auto-recharge = a payment initiated automatically, based on the auto-recharge settings specified on the "Add Funds tab
One-time payment = A manual payment initiated directly by your company
Credit = a credit to the account, provided by Ytel
Status
Completed = A successfully posted payment
Processing_Error = An unsuccessful payment attempt
