Agent Licenses are what allow your agents to place/receive telephone calls. As your business grows, and you add more agents, increasing your available license count allows you to increase the number of concurrent agent logins.
Agent Licenses are billed on a monthly recurring basis, on the 1st of each calendar month.
Adding an Agent License will result in a prorated charge to the 30th calendar day. Example: If you add a license on the 20th of the current month, you are charged a prorated amount for 11 days (20th - 30th), and are then charged the full amount on the 1st of the following month.
The following steps will walk you through the add/remove process for an Agent License.
Step One: Login to your Contact Center Administrative Page (ycc.ytel.com)
Next, select Settings, then Billing
Step Two: Decide which agent license is appropriate for your current objective
- Blended: Permits outbound dialing in addition to receiving inbound calls.
- Inbound: Permits inbound calls only
Note: Most often, 'Blended' is the best choice. Not sure what you need? Ask Support!
Step Three: Select Add (or Remove) to make the changes.
Note:
- Selecting the 'Add' option will result in a prorated charge to the account and will deduct from the current available funds. Please ensure you have sufficient funding and/or auto-recharge enabled.
- It can take up to 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected in the account.
That's it!
