An Agent Login is what is assigned to each unique agent on your account. For example, Joe Smith is Agent 1021 and Sally Smith is Agent 1098. You may have as many Agent Login's as you wish - you are limited in your ability to use them by the number of Agent Licenses on your account.
Step One: Login to your Contact Center Administrative Center at ycc.ytel.com
Next, click on Settings > Agent
Step Two: Locate an existing user with the needed configuration and select the 'Clone' option.
- This will clone the Agent/User Group and allowed Ingroup settings
Step Three: Input the required information in each field then click 'Start Clone'
- Password: Minimum 10 character length, including one number and both upper-lower case characters. Special characters are not supported
- Full Name: Apostrophes and letters with accent marks or other special indicators are not supported
That's it! Your new agent login is available for use!
